系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎血脂和载脂蛋白水平的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎血清血脂和载脂蛋白水平的变化及临床意义。方法:在B超引导下,行穿刺肾活检并且明确诊断为系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎患者测量其血清的血脂和载脂蛋白水平并进行临床分析。结果:系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎患者血清TG、CHO、ApoB,水平较健康对照组有明显增高,而ApoA1无显著性差异。结论:系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎的发生发展与脂代谢紊乱有密切关系,临床中选择合适的降脂药物治疗,有利于缓解病情,减慢病情发展。Ojective To discuss the changes and clinical significances of the level of lipid and apolipoprotein in disturbance of lipid metabolism. Method with the help of B-ultrasonic,test the level of lipoprotein and apolipoprotein in blood of the patients who had received kidney biopsy after puncture and had been dignosed as disturbance of lipid metabolism,then analysis the result.Results the level of TG,CHO,ApoB in blood of patients of disturbance of lipid metabolism is evidently higher than that of the control group ,but the level of ApoA1 made no distinct differences. Conclusion the occuring and development of is much too related to disturbance of lipid metabolism ,during clinical treatment choosing suitable lower-lipid medicine is benefited for reliving the state of illness and slowing the development .
