摘　　要：主要叙述了板坯连铸生产65Mn高碳锯片钢的过程控制影响因素,同时结合宝钢工艺和装备特点介绍了控制高碳锯片钢表面夹渣、内部裂纹及防止铸坯断裂的工艺技术。Factors that affect the process control over 65Mn high carbon saw steel produced with the slab continuous casting process are described. In combination with characteristics of Baosteel' s process and equipment, technologies of controlling surface entrapped slag,inside cracks and anti-slab fracture are introduced.
