摘　　要：宝钢5m宽厚板轧机剪切线共有四台滚切式剪切机,在钢板剪切过程中,剪刃间隙、夹送辊安装精度及同步性、剪刃安装精度、剪切机相关设备精度等诸多因素会影响剪切质量, 文章分析了剪切线设备与剪切质量相关的因素,并提出建议,以利于今后的生产和设备维护。There are four rolling-cut shears on Baosteel 5m heavy plate mill shearing line. In the process of shearing plates, there are a lot of factors that will affect shearing quality, such as knife gap, pinch roll assembly precision and pinch roll synchronization, knife assembly precision, precision of equipment correlated with shears. The interrelated factors between shearing line equipment and shearing quality are analyzed, and reasonable suggestions are made, which will be of benefit to production and equipment maintenance.
