摘　　要：质量控制模型是连铸生产中一个非常重要的控制模型,模型运行的好坏会直接影响产品的质量。文章阐述了宝钢电炉连铸质量控制思想及其程序实现方法,并结合多年的实践经验,对该模型提出了一些优化思想和技术改进方法。The quality control model is an important one used in the continuous casting. How it runs will directly affect the product quality. The ideas on quality control of Baosteel EAF continuous casting and its program implementation method are described. Some ideas on optimization and methods for technical improvement about the model are also introduced in this paper in combination with experience accumulated for years of practice .
