生产函数与缺能损失分析

摘　　要：通过将能源引入生产函数并建立三要素生产函数模型,以此为基础确定了能源供应和经济间的量化关系和计算城市能源供应缺能损失的具体算法.上海市的计算实例结果显示:能源已经成为生产过程中的一个重要元素,能源对经济的影响程度是非常显著的,其缺能损失率要远远大于能源本身的价值.Energy is introduced into production functions,and a tri-element production functions model is set up,in which the quantity relation of energy supplying and economy is defined and a method that can calculate the outage of city supplying system is given.Finally,the example on Shanghai shows that,energy has become an important element in the production process,the impact of energy supplying to economy is notable,and outage cost is far bigger than energy cost itself.
