摘 要:针对中原原油中高含蜡量的特点,以丙烯酸十八酯(ODA)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、苯乙烯(St)和丙烯腈(AN)4种单体为原料,采用自由基溶液聚合反应合成了原油流动改进剂AMSA。最佳合成条件n(ODA)∶n(MA)∶n(St)∶n(AN)=16∶1∶1∶3,引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),用量1.2%(质量分数);聚合温度85℃;聚合时间7h。在中原原油中加入质量分数为0.1%的AMSA可以使原油的凝固点降低14℃,25℃粘度下降92.9%,屈服值下降96.4%。A copolymerization type of flow improver (AMSA) was synthesized by free radical copolymerization reactions of octadecyl acrylate, maleric anhydride, styrene and acrylonitrile. The synthesized flow improver AMSA has an optimum effect of pour point depressing for the waxy crude oil of Zhongyuan oilfield when it was synthesized under the conditions of that the mole ratio of octadecyl acrylate, maleric anhydride, styrene and acrylonitrile was 16∶1∶1∶3, mass fraction of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN ) was 1.2%, reaction temperature was 85℃, reaction time was 7 h. When 0.1% (mass fraction) of the flow improver AMSA was added into Zhongyuan crude oil, the pour point of the waxy crude oil was reduced by 14℃ , the apparent viscosity was lowered by 92.9% and the yield value was decreased by 96.4% at 25℃.
