摘  要:固氮螺菌突变株CWV-22与玉米、小麦联合体的固氮作用经采用纯培养物和密闭培育装置试验已被证实。在此基础上进行了盆栽(砂培)试验,结果表明:在无NH_4^+存在下,接菌CWV-22和接菌Sp7的小麦联合体对比,小麦苗期每克干物质中的含氮量,前者比后者高2.1倍;在30mmol/L NH_4^+存在下,前者比后者高46mg;而在30mmol/L^(15)NH_4^+存在下,小麦苗期植株中吸收的^(15)N量,接菌CWV-22的比接菌Sp7的小麦联合体高13μg。The combinant of Azospirillum brasilense mutant (CWV-22) with wheat fixed nitrogen was tested by using both pure culture and hermetic cultural apparatus. On the basis of these experiments, potted culture (sand culture) was conducted, the results showed that in the absence of NH_4^+, when the combinant of wheat with mutant strain CWV-22 was compared with that of wheat with strain Sp7, the nitrogon content per gram of dry matter of wheat seedling of the former was 2.1 times higher than that of the latter. In the presence of 30 mmol/L NH_4^+, the nitrogen content of the former was about 46 mg higher than that of the latter, while in the presence of 30 mmol/L ^(15)NH_4^+, the amount of ^(15)N absored by the combinant of wheat with strain CWV-22 was 13μg higher than that of combinant of wheat with strain Sp7.
