摘　　要：目的　调查分析医科大学生抑郁情绪状态及其相关的心理社会因素。方法　分层整群抽取某医科学校5 0 9名本科生进行抑郁情绪的流行特征及其相关因素的调查分析。结果　医科大学生抑郁情绪检出率为 2 2 .4 0 %。不同年级学生在抑郁自评量表 (SDS)抑郁得分差异有统计学意义 ,抑郁情绪与医科大学生的人格特征 ,特质应对方式、领悟社会支持、生活事件、学生对专业满意程度和就业前景评价有高度相关性。结论　对医科大学生采取有针对性的健康教育措施 ,倡导应用积极的应对方式 ,提高适应环境能力 ,改善心理素质 ,以防止或降低其抑郁情绪的发生有重要意义。Objective To make a survey and to analyze the depression of medical college students and related psychological and social factors.Methods To stratificate and take out 509 students in some medical college in groups,then make a survey and analyze the popular features and related factors.Results The rate of students with depressed mood was 22.4%.There was significant difference in SDS depression scores of students in different grades;depression mood were closely related with following matters:personality,reacting ways to material,comprehension of social support,daily life affairs,satisfaction degree to their majors,estimation about their employment perspective.Conclusion It is important to take effective measures in health education;to apply the positive reacting ways; to improve the ability to adjust themselves to the new environment;to perfect psychological quality to prevent or reduce the happening of depression.
