摘　　要：界定了武汉市科技创新投融资服务平台的性质,指出了构建目的.分析了平台绩效评价指标体系的设计原则,构建了平台绩效评价指标体系,给出了平台绩效评价的综合评价方法.The properties of investment and financing service platform of scientific and technical innovation in Wuhan city were defined. The purpose of platform construction was pointed out. Principles of design of this platform were analyzed. Then the performance evaluation index system was built. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation method of platform performance was proposed.
