摘　　要：最近几年,我国GIS的研究与应用发展非常快,积累了大量的GIS信息资源,但由于缺乏统一的标准和规范,数据存储的格式各不相同,数据资源难以共享利用,导致了严重的重复投资和信息资源的浪费.针对当前国内GIS应用存在的不足,文中从技术的角度提出一种基于XML的We-b GIS构架,能有效地解决GIS数据的不兼容问题以及如何在Web上共享的技术.用实例验证该构架的可行性并简要地总结了该构架的优点、前景和值得改进之处.In recent years, the study and application of GIS in our country are developed very fast, which accumulate a large amount of GIS information resources. But lacking unified standard and norm, the GIS data are stored with different forms in different companies. The valuable GIS data are difficult to share to each other. It causes serious repeating investment and wastes a large amount of information resources. Using the deficiency of the existence to present domestic GIS, this paper puts forward a kind of WebGIS framework based on XML in terms of technique, which can solve GIS compatible problem of data and share on Web effectively. Then it verifies the feasibility of the framework by a system prototype. It sums up its advantages, prospect and those for being improved.
