摘　　要：继续护理学教育的目的是提高护理人员的素质,更新专业知识及护理操作技能,提高护理质量。针对医院继续护理学教育管理中存在的问题,制定相应的管理对策,取得了良好的效果,提高了护理人员学习的积极性和参与意识,促进了继续护理学教育的健康发展,规范了医院继续护理学教育管理,保证了学习质量。The purpose of continuing nursing education is to improve the quality of nursing staff,renew their professional knowledge and nursing techniques,and promote the quality of nursing.Aimed at the problems existing in the continuing nursing education in our hospital,the nursing department established series of management countermeasures and achieved excellent results,which aroused the nurses' enthusiasm and participating desire,promoted the health development of continuing nursing education,standardized the management of continuing nursing education in hospital,and ensured the quality of continuing education.Author's address:Department of Internal Medicine,Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital University of Medical Sciences,Beijing 100050,China
