妇产科病房护理文化建设的探索与成效

摘　　要：目的开展护理文化建设,提高护理质量。方法提高认识,确立目标,全员培训,转变观念,实施人性化护理服务,营造温馨舒适的病房人文环境,规范护士言行,优化护理服务流程,创新护患沟通方式,拓展护理服务项目,满足病人需求,护理科研立项与人性化护理服务相结合。结果融洽了护患关系,提高了病人满意度,增强了护士团队凝聚力,提高了护理科研水平和护理质量,社会效益和经济效益同步提高。结论护理文化建设有利于提高护士综合素质、专科护理水平和护理质量。Objective To improve the quality of nursing through the construction of nursing culture in obstetrics and gynecology ward.(Methods A) series of measures were carried out in obstetrics and gynecology ward,which including establishing the objectives,training all the nurses,renewing ideas,practicing humanistic nursing to create warm and comfortable humanistic environment,standardizing nurses' language and behaviors,modifing the flow of nursing service,improving the ways of nurse-patient communication,broadening the items of nursing service to satisfy patients' needs,and incorporating the humanistic nursing service into nursing research.Results This practice harmonized nurse-patient relationship,raised patients' satisfaction,strengthened the cohesion of nursing team,improved the fame of specialty nursing,which achieved both social and economic benefit.Conclusion Construction of nursing culture was helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of obstetrics and gynecology of nurses,the specialty nursing level and the quality of nursing.Author's address:Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,Nanning 530021,China
