炮闩击发机安全极限磨损角分析

摘　　要：以如何预防楔式炮闩地面火炮自动击发事故为目的,从击发机受力分析入手,提出并论证了击发机严重磨损是造成自动击发主要原因的论点;通过计算与实验求出了部分火炮炮闩安全极限磨损角;制定了预防自动击发事故的应对措施.Aiming at preventing automatic firing accident of sliding wedge breechblock of ground gun, on the basis of the dint analysis to the percussion mechanism, the disquisition advances and demonstrates the conclusion that seriously abrasion of percussion mechanism is the main cause of automatic firing. By calculation and experiment, the limiting wearing angle of breechblock of several kinds of gun is got. And thence the measure of preventing the automatic firing accident is worked out.
