摘　　要：竞技体育资源配置运行过程中涉及配置主体、资金、市场、政策等诸多因素,各个因素之间相互作用构成了竞技体育资源配置的系统环境,并影响着配置的各个环节。要建立资源的优化配置的运行机制就需要在这样一个大环境系统中找出其影响因素。只有找到这些要素,并处理好这些结构上的资源配置,才能实现优化配置,从而达到较高的效率。The allocation of resources in competitive sports involves many factors such as the allocated main body, the fund, the market and the policy. The interaction of these factors constitutes a systematic envir onment of competitive sport resources allocation and has influence on all steps of the allocation. Such in fluence factors should be found out of this big systematic environment, so that an optimized system of resource s allocation could be established. Only when such influence factors are found and when structural resources are well allocated can the allocation be optimized and thus a higher efficiency be achieved.
