层粘蛋白及上皮型钙粘附素在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达

摘　　要：目的研究层粘蛋白(LN)及上皮型钙粘附素(E-cd)在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达及其与恶性滋养细胞肿瘤侵袭的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒毛膜上皮癌(简称绒癌)石蜡包埋组织中LN、E-cd的表达情况。结果LN、E-cd在葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒癌中的表达存在差别(P<0.001)。LN、E-cd在侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒癌中的表达与葡萄胎比较均明显下降(P<0.001)。结论LN、E-cd在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达异常,与恶性滋养细胞的高侵袭力密切相关。Objective To study the expressions of laminin(LN) and Epithelial-cadherin(E-cd) in gestational trophoblastic disease and the relationship between LN, E-cd expression and the invasiveness of malignant trophoblastic tumor. Methods Paraffin embedded tissue of Hydatidiform mole (HM), Invasive mole (IM) and Choriocarcinoma (CC) were observed by SP immunohistochemistry method for expressions of LN and E-cd. Results There were significant difference in the expressions of LN and E-cd in HM, IM and CC (P<0.001). There were difference in malignant cytotrophblasts either from IM or CC compared with benign cytotrophblasts from HM. (P<0.001). Conclusion Abnormal expressions of LN and E-cd in GTD may be closely related to the high invasiveness of malignant cytotrophblasts.
