摘　　要：国有高等学校的设备是国有资产的一部分,是高校教学、科研和为师生员工生活服务不可缺少的物质条件,用好、管好、保全这部分国有资产,让这些设备充分发挥其使用效益,是高校设备管理部门的神圣使命,与时俱进,加强和改革高校的设备管理,大力发展高等教育事业,培养与国际接轨的优质实用型人才的需要。The mechanic-electronic facilities occupied by colleges and universities are the part of national possession.It's the material facilities of the college teaching,scientific research and the services to the teachers,students and staffs.Therefore,it's our holy responsibility to make good use of it to reserve and to protect it and make it produce practical effect.And it will progress as the time goes by.It'll strengthen and innovate the mechanic-electronic-facility management to develop the high education cause and train many high quality graduates with international leave.
