摘　　要：　阐述了山水城市的概念与城市的可持续发展的关系,并将其与开封市实际相结合,介绍了开封的自然和人文环境,以及开封市创建山水旅游城市的模式构想。This paper has a discussion on the relationship between the landscape city's concept and sustainable development combined with Kaifeng's actuality. We introduce Kaifeng's natural and cultural surroundings and the model conformation of establishing landscape and tourism city in Kaifeng .
