摘　　要：　从浙江省实际出发,结合2000年全国人口普查的相关数据,分析了小城镇农村剩余劳动力转移的现实意义及农村剩余劳动力转移对小城镇建设发展的影响,并针对当前浙江省农村剩余劳动力向小城镇转移过程中存在的问题进行探讨,旨在寻求行之有效的解决方法。This paper analyses the significance of transferring overplus labor force from countryside to small town and its influence on the development of small town on the basis of the practice and the relative data of national census of 2000. It also discusses the problems existed in the process in order to seek effective solution.
