摘　　要：本文从五个方面阐述了如何理解ISO90001:2000标准中8.2.3条款的要求。首先正确理解和识别“过程”,过程的分类及在组织中的应用,确定这些过程的顺序和相互作用,并介绍了对质量管理体系过程进行监视和测量的一般办法,明确表达了过程监视和测量指的“过程”是质量管理体系的全过程。This paper describes how to comprehend 8.2.3 requirement in ISO9001:2000 in 5 aspects. Firstly òprocessó should be understood and identified correctly. Then classified the process and implement these processes. The sequence and interaction of these processes should be determined. Meanwhile, this paper also introduces general methods for monitoring and measuring of processes in quality management system. It conveys clearly that òprocessó in process monitoring and measurement is the whole process of quality management system.
