摘　　要：目前我国许多电子企业在近几年来纷纷完成了ISO9000质量管理体系认证工作,在完善了质量管理的基础上,进一步开展质量成本管理,在提升竞争力的过程中充分发挥质量体系应有的作用。本文介绍了质量成本的概念、组成和意义,并对获证企业如何开展好质量成本管理方法提出了几点建议。At present numerous electronics enterprises have finished the ISO9000 quality management system certification. And they further developed the quality cost management, enabled the quality system to play its role in the competing power improvement process. The paper introduced the notion of quality cost, and its constitution, relevant meaning, and then gave some advices about how to successfully implement the quality cost management method.
