在职疗养对军队中年高血压病患者心血管的康复作用

摘　　要：目的　探讨军队中年高血压病患者在职疗养对心血管的康复作用。方法　对2 0 0例来自不同部队的中年高血压病疗养员,分别采用海水浴体疗(体疗组)、传统休养法(休养组)作3～4个疗程康复疗养。分析、对比各组疗养前后血压、心率、收缩压与心率乘积、心电图、左室功能的参数变化。结果　海水浴体疗组血压、心率、左室功能等各参数与疗养前比较均有非常显著改善(P<0 .0 1) ,心电图示早搏发生率、ST- T改变率明显降低;休养组疗养后血压呈明显改善(P<0 .0 1) ,其余参数变化不显著(P>0 .0 5 ) ,心电图上呈轻度改变;两组各参数疗养前比较均无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ,与疗养后比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0 .0 1)。结论　一定疗程的在职疗养可使中年高血压病患者的血压降低,疗养中采用海水浴体疗更有益于患者调整心率、减少心律紊乱、改善心肌供血、提高左心功能。Objective To explore the effect of recuperate on the middle-aged men with hypertension in active service.Methods 200 middle-aged men with hypertension in active service were divided into two groups, gymnastics group (100 cases) were treated by seawater bath and control group (100 cases )were treated by traditional recuperation. After a month, the blood pressure, heart rate, product of systolic pressure and heart rate, function of left ventricle and electrocardiogram of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results All indexes of gymnastics group were improved through the seawater bath treating (P<0.01), the blood pressure of control group was reduced through the traditional recuperation (P<0.01), but the others indexes of control group had no significant change (P>0.05), EKG had small remarkable change. Before recuperation, all indexes in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). After recuperation, the difference of these indexes were very significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Several courses of recuperation can reduce the blood pressure of middle-aged men with hypertension, seawater bath treating in middle-aged men with hypertension can adjust heart rate, alleviate arrhythmia, myocardium blood supply and improve heart function.
