浅谈新校区基建管理

摘　　要：在大规模的新校区建设过程中,建设单位在复杂的基建管理方面,必须理清和做好几项主要工作:明确在建设的全过程中建设单位的主要任务、合理设置基建岗位和明确各岗位主要职责、加强基建队伍自身的建设、制定科学的工作操作程序。The paper explains mainly a few tasks that the construction unit must deal with and do well in the course of the large-scale new school construction, namely, the unit must know clearly the main tasks in the whole construction course, set up properly construction post and define post responsibility, reinforce the management of construction team and make some scientific working programs.
