摘　　要：一种带可变节流器的新型静压气浮轴承，通过可变节流器，对轴承进行压力反馈控制，从而达到提高轴承刚度的目的。与现行同类轴承比较，该轴承具有便于装配、调整和不易产生气锤不稳定性等优点。A new Type of air static bearing with variable flow regulator. Pressure feedback control can be performed by the regulator to increase rigidity of the bearing. Compared with current bearings in similar type, the bearing features easy to assemble and reset and there is not air hammer unstability basicallys
