摘　　要：应用聚焦电泳原理,设计了一种用于荧光检测的现场浓缩装置。本装置是一种改进型的比色池,可作为荧光计的标准配件。以检测溴酚蓝、荧光素钠为例,装置的浓缩效率达6 7% ,使荧光强度增强32 .5倍。Based on the principle of focusing electrophoresis, an in-situ concentration device for fluorescence detection was developed. The principles and construction of the device are described. The device is actually an improved type of colour comparison cuvette. Taking bromphenol blue and Na-fluorexcein for examples, the concetration efficiency of the device is 67%, and the fluorescence intensity has increased 32.5 times. The device can be used as a standard equipment of fluorescence spectrophotometer.
