摘　　要：介绍了以Labwindows/CVI为开发平台、以线性回归模型和非线性回归模型为核心算法的弧焊品质在线定量评价系统。通过改变电弧电压的测试实验表明,该系统对影响焊接质量的因素有相当高的敏感度,可以用于CO_2自动焊弧焊品质的在线定量评价。This paper introduces an on-line welding quality quantitative estimating system based on Labwindows/CVI and the arithmetic of linear regression model and nonlinear regression model.The experiment result of changing arc voltage indicates that the system is sensitive to the factors affected welding quality and can be applied to quality estimating of automatic CO2 arc welding.
