摘　　要：针对大庆油田天然气公司浅冷工艺中的3台4RDS型往复压缩机存在着管网振动严重,对该压缩机组及管网进行了振动测试和振动分析,找出了振动原因,采取了减振处理措施,解决了该机组管网振动严重的问题,保证了该装置的安全平稳运行。Due to severe pipe network vibration of 3 sets 4RDS type reciprocating compressor in low temperature separation procedure of Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Corporation,resulting in frequently equipment vibration,vibration measurements and vibration analysis are made for the compressors and pipe network,and vibration causes are searched out,vibration reducing treatment methods are applied,vibration problems of compressors and pipe network are solved,safe and steady operation states are obtained and economic benefit is notable.
