摘  要:Human tumor cell lines of SMMC-7721 (liver cancer), hepG2 (liver cancer), HO-8910 (ovary cancer), and Hela (cervix cancer) were irradiated to 3Gy by Co γ rays and different cell cycle responses were found. The re- 60 sults showed that the SMMC-7721, hepG2 and HO-8910 cells displayed G2 / M phase arrest and S phase tempo- rally delayed after the irradiation.
