摘　　要：运用SCP的理论框架,对目前我国风险投资产业的市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效的现状进行了分析,并提出政府应从改善现有不合理的市场结构入手,提高绩效,为我国风险投资产业的发展提供良好的产业政策环境。Based on the SCP frame of modern industrial organization, the paper analyses the present situation of China venture capital industry from areas of market structure,market conduct and market performance.It proposes that the government should try to establish a reasonable industrial policy environment for the development of venture capital industry through regulating the market structure and improving the market performance.
