摘  要:利用Mach Zehnder干涉仪的原理制作成了50GHz四端口光纤梳状滤波器,整个结构由3个光纤Mach Zehnder型干涉仪按树形结构组成.构成干涉仪的2个耦合器均采用平行拉锥法和自制的精密拉伸工具进行制作,这样使得所制的Mach Zehnder干涉仪的干涉度超过20dB,并对整个器件进行了长时间的退火处理,克服了Mach Zehnder干涉仪稳定性差的缺点.然后采用特定的方法进行波长微调,使器件中心波长和复用波长间隔均达到ITU T的标准,它的平均插入损耗约1dB.本器件可和200GHz的密集波峰复用(DWDM)器件配合使通道间隔达到50GHz,从而使原系统的信道数扩充4倍,并对现有200GHz系统的扩容提供了一个低成本的方案和相对廉价的器件.A fiber-optic interleave filter with a 50 GHz spacing and four output-ports has been successfully constructed, which consists of three fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometers. The couplers that form an interferometer are drawn using a parallel fusing technique. Interference of the M-Z interfero-meter is more than 20 dB. The entire device has been annealed for a long time to overcome instability. A special method is then used to fine-tune the wavelength in order to conform to the ITU-T standard in terms of the wavelength grid, thus a low insertion loss of 1.0 dB is obtained. Such an interleave filter with 50 GHz channel spacing can multiplex four sets of 200 GHz-spacing DWDM systems. Therefore a 3-fold increase of the whole DWDM system capacity can be achieved while maintaining low cost, fast delivery and high quality.
