摘 要:目的观察藏茵陈(ZYC)对CCL4致大鼠肝及相关脏器损伤的保护作用。方法30只大鼠随机分为对照组、中毒组、治疗组,每组10只。治疗组每日灌胃1次(0.4%ZYC,1mg.100g-1.d-1),连续12天。对照组和中毒组灌服等量生理盐水,于末次灌胃后1h,中毒组和治疗组分别皮下注射CCL4(0.2ml.100g-1体重)24h后,尾静脉取血测定出血时和凝血时,观察肠系膜、肝脏微循环状态;腹主动脉取血测GPT、NO含量;处死动物,取肝、脾、肠测定脏器指数,并进行组织病理学观察。结果ZYC能够缩短凝血时,降低GPT的含量,增加血浆NO水平(P<0.05);改善肠系膜、肝脏的微循环状态。组织学观察ZYC明显减轻CCL4对肝、脾、肠的损伤作用。结论ZYC具有抑制CCL4对肝及相关脏器的损伤作用。Objective: To explore the protective effects of zang ying chen (ZYC) on liver and multiple organs injury by CCL_4. Method: Control group(n=10),and cure group (n=10).Cure group 0.4% ZYC(1mg.100g^-1 .d^-1 ) taked orally continue 12 days.Control group and CCL_4 group 0.9% NaCl 12 days.After last 1 hour, subcutaneous injected CCL_4 (0.2ml.100g body weigh).After 24 hours. Coagulation time test and bleeding time and glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and Nitric oxide(NO) content were measured in various group. Mesenteric and hepatic microcicuration and morphological and exponent of viscera to grow of liver, intestine, spleen were also observed. Results: coagulation time were reduced, GPT content were remarkably decreased,NO level were singnificantly increased. Liver and intestine and spleen morphological change were remarkably emeliorated by treated with ZYC Conclusion:ZYC has notable protective effects on liver and multiple organs injury by CCL_4 in rats.
