摘　　要：网络技术和电子商务的迅猛发展,在给我们的生活带来巨大便利的同进,也使网络社会个人隐私权的保护面临严峻的挑战.如何最大限度地保护网络用户和消费者的网络隐私权,又不防碍网络贸易的进一步发展,已经成为国际社会和法学界所面临的一个重大课题.The rapid development of technology network and electronic commerce brings about great conveniences for our lives, and at the same time it makes the protection of network individual privacy right facing unprecedented challenge. How to protect the network privacy right for network users and cosuners maximally, but not to hamper the progress of network commerce, has already become a urgent and necnssary problem facing governments all over the word and law circle.
