摘　　要：探讨和研究了利用Struts和J2EE设计模式构建Web系统开发框架,在此基础上进行Web应用开发不仅能缩短开发周期,而且能提高系统的稳定性。Using system framework in the Web application development, developers can simplify the process of developing software and improve the quality and the maintain ability of software. To realize the development of a Web application based on MVC, the paper develops a framework, which is based on Struts framework and J2EE core design patterns. A Web application based on this framework is designed in a short period.
