摘　　要：传统的电力客户服务系统已经不能满足用户不断增长的需求。结合电力系统的特点,该文提出了基于分布式业务的电力客服系统的设计思路,分析了分布式客服系统的框架和工作原理,并对其中的关键技术进行了的探讨。Traditional customer service system can not adapt to the increasing demands of customers. In the paper, the idea of customer service system of electric power enterprises based on distributed services is presented and the framework and working principle of the distributed system is introduced. The key technique of the system is analyzed specially.
