摘　　要：DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)荧光标示技术是分子生物学中的一项重要技术,普遍应用于DNA测序、寡核苷酸杂交、荧光PCR等领域。本文综述了二十世纪八十年代以来DNA荧光标示方法(手动标示、自动标示)、标示试剂及其研究进展,介绍了DNA荧光标示的一些新的应用,并结合我国实际提出了有益的建议。DNA fluorescence labeling technology is an important technology in modern molecular biology,which is widely used in many fields such as automated DNA sequencing,oligonucleotide hybridization,fluorescence PCR,and the like.The methods of DNA fluorescence labeling including manual labeling,automated labeling and oligonucleotide fluorescent probes,corresponding labeling reagents such as phosphoramidite labeling reagents and CPG labeling reagents,and the research progress in this field since the 1980s is briefly reviewed.Some latest applications of DNA fluorescence labeling technology in single molecule detection technology and analysis and diagnosis of virus is discussed.
