摘　　要：The racemic amine (±)-2-methyl-1-phenyl propylamine(4)was obtained from benzene(1)and isobutyryl chloride(2).Enantiomers of(4)(up to 99%e.e.)were resolved with(S)-(+)-mandelic acid[(+)-(5)]and(R)-(-)-mandelic acid[(-)-(5)]as resolving reagents in a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate/hexane.The struchure of (4)was characterized by IR,NMR and MS spectra.The racemic amine (±)-2-methyl-1-phenyl propylamine(4)was obtained from benzene(1)and isobutyryl chloride(2).Enantiomers of(4)(up to 99%e.e.)were resolved with(S)-(+)-mandelic acid[(+)-(5)]and(R)-(-)-mandelic acid[(-)-(5)]as resolving reagents in a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate/hexane.The struchure of (4)was characterized by IR,NMR and MS spectra.
