摘　　要：本软件是从县乡级有线电视用户信息管理的特点和功能出发,并结合笔者多年的工作经验,有针对性地设计的,具有开户、更改、删除数据、根据关键字查询信息及维护数据安全等功能。全文共分为三个部分,一是软件设计的背景介绍;二是软件的功能要求;三是软件的详细设计。This software sets out from characteristics and func ti ons of the country CATV customer information management, and combines the work e xperience. The software performs some functions: creating new information, modif ing or deleting the old data, finding the proper data by the keyword and the dat a's safety.
