摘  要:目的探讨九香心痛舒对实验性大鼠高脂血症血瘀模型血液流变学、血脂代谢、血小板颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法高脂饲料喂养所致大鼠高脂血症模型,在此基础上采用肾上腺素皮下注射加冰水刺激所致高脂血症血瘀模型;观察各组大鼠血液流变学、血脂代谢、GMP-140、NO改变的情况。结果九香心痛舒能明显改善大鼠血液粘度(低切、中切、高切)、血浆粘度等血液流变学指标的变化(P<0.05),在某些方面优于阳性对照组;能明显降低血脂,改善血脂代谢(P<0.05);抑制血小板活化、聚集;改善血管内皮功能,促进一氧化氮(NO)生成、释放(P<0.05)。结论以活血化瘀、行气化痰立法的九香心痛舒能够改善高脂血症大鼠血瘀状态下的血脂异常代谢,纠正血液流变学的异常改变,抑制血小板活化、聚集,改善血管内皮功能,促进NO生成、释放。Objective To explore the effects of JXXTS on hemorheology, serum lipid metabolism, GMP-140 and NO in blood stasis rats with hyperlipidemia. Method The hyperlipidemia model was prepared with high fat feeding method, and the model of blood stasis model was established with adrenaline subcutaneous injection and being socked in ice water. The changes of hemorheology, serum lipid metabolism, GMP-140 and NO were observed. Result JXXTS can significantly improve the indices changes of blood viscosity (at high, medium and low shear rate) and serum lipid metabolism. The effects of it was superior to the contrast groups in some aspects. JXXTS can remarkably decrease serum lipid, improve the serum lipid metabolism, inhibit the activation and aggregation of platelet, ameliorate vascular endothelial function and promote the production and release of NO (P <0.05). Conclusion JXXTS, which was set by the therapeutic principle of cultivating blood circulation to eliminate stasis and activating qi to resolve phlegm could improve the abnormal serum lipid metabolism, rectify the abnormal changes of hemorheology, inhibit the activation and aggregation of platelet, improve the vascular endothelial function and promote the production and release of NO.
