牡芍合剂镇痛作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究牡芍合剂的镇痛效果。方法小鼠扭体镇痛试验:各组动物给药60min后,立即注射0.4%HAC0.4mL/20g,记录15min内各组动物扭体次数;小鼠热板镇痛试验:分别测定各组动物给药后60、120、180min在55℃热板上痛反应时间,以小鼠舔足、跳跃、抬足为指标,记录各组动物痛反应时间。结果牡芍合剂能抑制化学刺激引起小鼠的痛反应;能明显延长小鼠热刺激引起的痛反应时间。结论牡芍合剂组的镇痛效果明显优于定风正痛胶囊组。Objective To study the analgesic effect of Mushao mixture. Methods The analgesic experiment of the turnning round on mice. After 60 min gaving the mice corresponding drugs of every group, inject 0.4% HAc 0.4 mL/20 g and record the turnning round frequency of the mice in each group in 15 min. The analgesic experiment of the heated plate on mice:determine the time that the mice felt pain on the heated plate (T=55 ℃) after corresponding drugs in 60, 120, 180 min. Results Mushao mixture has estraining effect to pain caused by chemical irritation on mice, obviousely prolong the time of pain reaction caused by heating irritation. Conclusion Analgesic effect of the group given the Mushao mixture were significantly higher than the group of Dingfengzhengtong capsule.
