摘　　要：以钙基膨润土矿粉为原料,采用水选法对膨润土进行三级提纯,在二、三级提纯过程中进行二次钠化,制备的钠基膨润土水化特性各项指标明显提高,蒙脱石含量由原来的6 7.4 %提高到90 .6 %。Using Ca-bentonite ore powder as the raw material, purify the bentonite through water sieve 3 times. During the second and third purification processes, Na-activate the material twice. After the technological process, the characteristic index of the Na-bentonite increased distinctly, and the montmorillonite content increased from 67.4% to 90.6%.
