润滑油无灰添加剂二异丙基二硫代磷酸丙烯酸丁酯的合成

摘　　要：阐述了硫磷酸系列润滑油无灰添加剂,二异丙基二硫代磷酸丙烯酸丁酯的反应原理、合成工艺。合成二异丙基二硫代磷酸的优化条件为:五硫化二磷与异丙醇的摩尔比在1～1.0 1:4之间、反应温度控制在2 0～70℃之间,物料反应彻底,产物质量好。合成二异丙基二硫代磷酸丙烯酸丁酯的优化条件为:硫磷酸与丙烯酸丁酯的摩尔比0 .5 :0 .5 5 ,催化剂对甲苯磺酸的用量在投料总量的0 .5 %～1.0 % ,反应温度80～14 0℃,酸值低,色泽好,收率可达86 %。The synthesis and theory of diisopropyl phosphorodithioic arylic butyl ester for ashless additive of lubricating oil was studied.The conditions for synthesis of diisopropyl phosphorodithioic acid are the mole ratio of avantin and phosphorus pentasulfide is 1～1.01∶4,the reaction tempreture is 20～70℃,the materials reacted completed,and the quality is good.The conditions for synthesis of diisoprpyl phosphorodithicic arylic butyl ester are the mole ratio of thio-phosphoric acid and arylic butyl ester is 0.5∶0.55,the ratio of amount of catalyst p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid in total amount is 0.5%～1.0%,the reaction tempreture is 80～140℃.Low pH,fine colours,the yield reached 86%.
