摘　　要：哈尔滨市计生委食堂为砌体结构房屋,地下一层,地上两层,由于使用功能调整,需对其地下室进行抽柱拆墙改造。本文扼要介绍抽柱拆墙改造方案设计思想、构造措施及施工工法,可供同类工程改造时参考。The dining hall of Harbin committee of family planning is a two storey masonry structure building with a one storey basement.To adjust the function,some columns and walls in the basement need to be removed.The design thought of removing the columns and walls,details of construction and construction process are introduced.It can serve as reference for the similar project.
