摘 要:目的 研究去白细胞输血对肾移植受者术前IL -2、IL -12、IL -6、IL -10水平变化的影响。 方法 随机将术前接受输血的肾移植受者分为去白细胞组和对照组,用一次性过滤器在输血前制备去白细胞血,两组观测病例分别为2 2例、18例。采用固相夹心ELISA法检测肾移植受者术前2 4h内IL -2、IL -12、IL -6、IL -10的水平。 结果 肾移植受者去白细胞组IL -2、IL -12水平较对照组有所上升,但均无统计学差异(P >0 .0 5 )。去白细胞组IL -6、IL -10较对照组有所下降,但均无统计学差异(P >0 .0 5 )。且IL -2 /IL -6、IL -12 /IL -10的比值在二组间没有统计学差异。 结论 与未去白细胞输血比较,去白细胞输血对肾移植受者IL -2、IL -12、IL -6、IL -10的水平变化无影响,白细胞去除对输血所致的Th1/Th2失衡可能没有影响。Objective To understand the effect of blood transfusion with leukocyte reduction on interleukin change of renal transplant recipients before renal transplantation. Methods The transplantation recipients were divided into two groups. One received leukocyte reduction transfusion, the other received non-leukocyte reduction transfusion. The filtration was used to get the leukocyte reduced blood before transfusion. The solid phase sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay was used to detect the levels of IL-2,IL-12,IL-6 and IL-10 of the transfused recipient 24h before operation. Results 1.Compared with the group of non-leukocyte reduction transfusion, the levels of IL-2 and IL-12 before the transplantation elevated in the group of leukocyte reduction transfusion, but not reached statistical significant difference (P>0.05). Compared with the group of non-leukocyte reduction transfusion, the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 declined in the group of leukocyte reduction transfusion, again not reached statistical significant difference (P>0.05). 2. There were no significant difference of IL-2/IL-6, IL-12/IL-10 between the two groups. Conclusions Compared with the group of non-leukocyte reduction transfusion, blood transfusion with leukocyte reduction has no effect on the levels of IL-2,IL-12,IL-6 and IL-10 in renal transplantation recipients. Blood transfusion with leukocyte reduction may not affect on the disequilibrium of Th1/Th2 resulted from blood transfusion. It suggests leukocyte reduction does not down-regulate the benefit of renal transplantation resulted from transfusion.
