资兴市1993～2003年世行贷款结核病控制项目实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的　评价1993～2 0 0 3年资兴市世行贷款结核病控制项目实施效果,为今后制定防治措施提供依据。　方法　对全市项目实施期间登记管理的肺结核病例资料进行统计分析。　结果　11年间可疑肺结核就诊率、活动性肺结核登记率、涂阳肺结核登记率、治愈率和病死率分别为178.3 /10万、3 9.9/10万、2 7.7/10万、92 .3 %和2 .3 %。　结论　全面落实结核病归口管理,实施现代结核病控制策略,对防治结核病具有显著效果。Objective The effect of the implementation of the World Bank supported TB-control program in Zixing County (1993-2003) was evaluated to provide further information to advance detailed measures in TB-control. Methods On the basis of the data of the registation during the interval from 1993 through 2003, statistical analysis was performed. Results In the 11 years(1993-2003), the rate of the suspected TB cases received diagnostic work-up; the rate of registration of active diseases, smear positive cases, cure rate and mortality were 178.3, 39.9, and 27.7 per hundred thousand and 92.3% and 2.3%,respectively. Conclusions The effect for prevention of pulmonary after full realization of the specialized administration and the DOTS is obvious.
