摘　　要：采用资料分析与实地调查的方法,对西部地区生态环境恶化形成的原因进行分析,探讨了退耕还林还草工程对生态环境建设的影响,研究了退耕还林还草工程与生态建设的相互关系,并提出了相应的对策。Combining the data analysis and the local investigation,the reason of the eco-environment degradation in Western China were deeply analyzed in this paper.The effect of the project of converting sloping cropland to forest and grassland on the eco-environment construction was discussed and the relationship between the project and the eco-environment construction was also strudied,moreover the relevant measures were put forwarded.
