摘 要:结合使用高效减水剂,采用硅粉和粉煤灰双掺,不仅克服了单掺粉煤灰混凝土早期强度低和单掺硅粉混凝土早强但后期强度增长缓慢的缺点,可赋予混凝土高强、抗冲磨、抗空蚀等一系列高性能,使混凝土具备良好的和易性和流动性,还能减少单位水泥用量,减轻温控负担。介绍了硅粉、粉煤灰的特性、作用机理及其对混凝土性能的影响,结合工程实例总结了硅粉粉煤灰双掺C70高性能混凝土的配制技术及其应用经验。The defects of low early strength of concrete added with ash or the late slow strengthening of concrete added with silicon powder can be overcome through adding silicon powder and ash and application of high-efficiency water reducing agent. The additives of the two materials into concrete can endow a series of high performances, such as high strength, scouring resistance and tearing resistance, and anti-cavitation, which makes the concrete have the properties of easy mixing and fluidity, saving the unit rate of cement usage, and lightening the burden of temperature control. The properties of silicon powder and ash, the effect mechanics and the impacts on concrete performance are introduced, and the confecting technique and application experiences of the high-performance concrete with additives of silicon powder and ash C70 are also summarized with an engineering example.
