羟丙基-β-环糊精的制备及其表征

摘　　要：采用环氧氯丙烷作为反应试剂制备羟丙基β环糊精,测量了产物的物理性质,并对产物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:新工艺使反应温度降低,反应时间减少,产物的物理化学性质与文献报道值相同。Hydroxypropyl-(-cyclodextrin was prepared from propylene oxychloride and its' properties were studied with IR, XRD and TGA-DSC. Result showed that preparation time and temperature was improved by the new process and physical properties of hydroxypropyl-(-cyclodextrin was same as reported in literature.
