适应联勤体制实现“保障有力”

摘　　要：目的　探讨“三军联勤”后军队疗养院面临的新形势,如何实现“保障有力”的总要求。本文从适应联勤保障需求,强化联勤意识;重视科技含量,提升核心竞争力;注重内部改革,院务保障社会化三个方面做了论述,并提出基本做法。The purpose was to inquire into the new situation that the army sanatorium faced with,especially when the army,navy and air force achieved the united military supply,the army sanatorium how to realize the General Demand on forceful military supply.The article discussed three aspects.One was meeting the demands of united military supply,enhancing the consciousness about united military supply;the second was valuing the science and technology,promoting the core competencies;the third was paying attention to inner part reformation,making rear service socizalized.and put forward the basic away of doing.
