摘　　要：目的总结乙肝病毒相关性肾炎(HBV GN)用激素和干扰素治疗的临床价值。方法确诊为HBV GN的32例病人,其中9例应用泼尼松,23例应用αIFN治疗,观察治疗反应。结果泼尼松组9例中5例显效,2例有效,1例无效,1例失访。αIFN组23例中17例显效,4例有效,1例无效,1例失访。结论泼尼松及αIFN对HBV GN均有一定作用。Objective To summarize the clinically therapeutic value of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis (HBV-GN) with corticosterone and interferon (IFN).Methods There were 32 patients diagnosed with HBV-GN, among whom nine were treated with prednisone and 23 with alfa-IFN.Results In the prednisone group, five patients came to obvious effect, two to moderate effect, one to no effect, and one was not followed up. In the alfa-IFN group, clear effect was observed in 17 patients, moderate effect in four, no effect in one, and one was missing.Conclusion Corticosterone and alfa-IFN were effect on HBV-GN to some extent.
