摘 要:磨料射流是20世纪80年代发展起来的一项新技术,以其独特的优点,在各行业中发挥着难以替代的作用。 后混式磨料射流以其结构简单、易于实现而得到了人们的广泛重视和应用。准直管磨料射流是后混式磨料射流的 一种,通常应用于切割领域,在清洗、除垢方面的应用还较少见。文章用实验的方法验证了准直管磨料射流用于油 管除锈的可行性,并对准直管磨料喷头的准直管和混合腔的几何尺寸对油管除锈效率的影响进行了实验研究,确 立了准直管和混合腔的结构参数与油管除锈效率间的实验规律。Abrasive jet is a new technology developed since the 1980s, which plays a great role in several industries for its own unique advantages. Posterior mixing abrasive jet has gained widespread regard for its simple structure and easy to implement. Abrasive jet by collimating tube is a sort of posterior mixing abrasive jet, which is applied usually in cutting field and rarely in cleaning and descaling. The feasibility of tubing derusting using abrasive jet by collimating tube had been validated based on experiments, and experimental study was performed on the influence of geometries of collimating tube and mixing chamber on the tubing derusting efficiency. Moreover, the experimental relation between the structure parameters of the collimating tube and the mixing chamber and the tubing derusting efficiency was established.
