摘　　要：拍卖是电力市场交易的一种基本实现方式。发电报价(或投标)规约是电力拍卖市场规则设计的一项重要内容。文章对电量和容量拍卖市场中的发电报价规约进行了总结分析。Auction is one of basic way to deal with electricity transaction. Stipulations of generation bidding is an important component of market rule in electricity auction. Some stipulations of generation bidding in energy auction and capacity auction are summarized and analyzed in this paper.
